ProstateNET is a service that hosts a large archive of anonymized medical images and clinical data on prostate cancer accessible for public download. The data are well organized and advanced mechanisms provide filtered collections based on the user’s research focus. DICOM is the primary file format used by ProstateNET for radiology imaging. Supporting data related to the images such as patient outcomes, treatment details, genomics, and expert analyses are also provided when available.
